Every photograph on this site is protected by copyright and owned by Scott Henderson Photography, LLC, unless stated otherwise. All rights are reserved.

You may view the photographs on this site for your own personal use. You may not download, copy, reproduce, edit, publish, sell or otherwise use them, including to train or build artificial intelligence systems, without written permission.

Theatre programs and other clients receive usage rights for their own photographs under their agreement with Scott Henderson Photography. Those agreements take priority over these terms.

Some galleries are password-protected. If you are given a password, it is for you and your organization to view those galleries. Please don’t share it or republish images from a private gallery. Access can be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Sending an inquiry does not create a booking or a contract. Photography is booked only when the details are confirmed in writing.

This site links to other websites, including Headshot Loudoun and Instagram. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and Scott Henderson Photography is not responsible for their content.

The site is provided “as is.” Reasonable care goes into keeping it accurate and available, but there is no guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Scott Henderson Photography, LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
