Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Scott Henderson Photography, LLC, a Virginia company based in Lovettsville, Virginia. Questions about this policy can go to scott@scotthendersonphotos.com.

• Contact form. The details you enter, such as your name, email address, organization or program, production dates and your message, plus a one-way scrambled version of your IP address, used only to slow down spam.
• Visitor statistics. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and general information such as browser type and country. It uses no cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not identify individual visitors.
• Technical information. Like every website, the servers that deliver this site process your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

The site sets one cookie, and only if you enter a password for a private gallery. It remembers that you have entered the password, so you are not asked again for 30 days. It is strictly necessary for that feature and is not used for tracking. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.

Contact form details are used only to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to plan and deliver the photography you asked about. They are never sold, rented or shared for anyone else’s marketing.

A few trusted providers process information on this site’s behalf, only to provide their service:

• Cloudflare: hosting, security, photo delivery and visitor statistics.
• Supabase: secure storage of contact-form inquiries, in the United States.
• Resend: sends Scott an email notification when an inquiry arrives.
• Google Workspace: email, including replies to your inquiry.

Inquiries are deleted two years after they are received, unless we are working together and the information is still needed for that work. Records that must be kept for tax or accounting purposes, such as invoices, are kept for as long as the law requires.

You can ask to see the information held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email scott@scotthendersonphotos.com and you will get a reply within 30 days.

This site is intended for adults, including the directors and staff of theatre programs. It is not directed to children under 13, and the contact form should not be used by them.

Production photographs of students are shared only as the program allows. Next-morning galleries are private and password-protected. To ask for an image to be removed from this site, email scott@scotthendersonphotos.com.
