ANOTHER ANGLE

The intro:

I get it... the importance of hiring an awesome, dependable second shooter. Someone who can help you solve problems, tell a story, build rapport, keep things moving... not just sit in the shadows and get artsy-fartsy bokeh. That's why I've taken the time to set up a page with the purposes of (a) showing off some of my second shooting work, and (b) doing a bit of name-dropping.

The cost:

I charge a flat rate for a full day of second shooting, with a travel fee for any location outside DC/Fairfax/Loudoun/Montgomery/Frederick counties. Contact me for current rate. I'm worth every penny.

The summary:

In addition to providing solid photography, I can help with anything from lighting to posing to calming nerves, and have worked in sub-zero-minus-wind-chill temperatures (thanks a lot, John Frank) and 100+ degree 80% humidity days.

Since I also shoot my own weddings, I have a comprehensive kit consisting of (2) camera bodies (D3s, D700), (5) 2.8/faster zoom and prime lenses, (5) speedlites, (2) monolights, a Quantum Flash (perfect for bridal portraits), Pocketwizards, and a full suite of lighting modifiers.
